Nimble Steel [Fighter]
You've used a certain type of armor so long, you know how to perform various skills without hindrance.Prerequisites: BAB +1, must be proficient in medium armourBenefit: Your total armor check penalty from wearing armour and/or carrying a shield is reduced by an amount equal to your character level. An armour check penalty can be reduced to 0, but not below zero.
Example: A 7th level fighter wearing full plate and carrying a heavy steel shield will have a combined armour check penalty of -1.Normal: A character wearing full plate and carrying a heavy steel shield will have an armour check penalty of -8.
