The armor was well oiled and moved smoothly at all times, though perhaps it was too well oiled.
Oilslicked weapons are always covered in a film of regenerating oil that cuts their armor check penalty in half (minimum 0) and provides a +4 bonus on Escape Artist and checks made to escape grapples. In addition you can choose to slide as part of land movement, increasing your movement speed by +10 ft but causing you to suffer from clumsy maneuverability for the purposes of turning in place for that round. You may choose to be immune to the effects of grease.
Unfortunately the oil has a downside; you are considered flammable and any amount of fire damage provokes a DC 15 Reflex save (or the spell's DC, if higher) against catching on fire.
This is a prestige enhancement. Equipment may have only a single prestige enhancement.
