Overbearing Blow [Fighter]
Prerequisites: Power Attack, Cleave, Strong Grip, Str 15, BAB +6Benefit: When you take at least a -4 penalty to attack with Power Attack and miss, you may still tire your foe. If the attack roll for your miss would be sufficient to hit your opponent's touch AC, you deal non-lethal damage equal to the attack penalty you took from Power Attack plus twice your Strength bonus.
