Perpetual Magic [General] Prerequisites: Must be able to use permanency as a spell or spell like ability, or able to use Incarnate as a psionic power or psi-like ability.Benefit: Permanency (and Incarnate) has no XP component if you increase its casting (manifesting) time to 1 min. Any effect with a duration of permanent created by you is only suppressed for 10 minutes when dispelled, unless the dispeller's dispel check succeeds by 10 or more. Permanent effects created by you are always able to be dismissed by you (including effects created by other people but made permamnent by you). Special: This feat may be selected as a bonus feat by any class that has permanency on its spell list and possesses bonus feats from said class.
