Power Recoil [Psionic]
Prerequisites: Must be able manifest a 1st level power.Benefit: Whenever you manifest a non-harmless targeted power, a ray or an area of effect you may move 5 ft per 2 power points spent on it away from the target/area. This movement does not provoke an attack of opportunity for the first 5-ft. The movement happen before the power resolve, but the range of the power is calculated according to your original position.
