Psychic Point Singularity
Psychokinesis

Range: Medium
Effect or Area: A singularity made of psychic might with 10-ft.-radius emanation.
Duration: 3 rounds (D)
Saving Throw: Reflex Partial (see text)
Power Resistance: No
Power Points: 11 (Kineticist), 9 (Psychic Warrior)

As a part of manifesting this power, the manifester may make a ranged touch attack against a creature within range. If the attack hit the point singularity appear within that creature's square and it is not allowed any save against it initial effect. If the attack hit the point singularity appear within a random adjacent square.

A psychic point singularity is a manifestation of great telekinetic might, collapsing parts of the universe unto itself. Any creature within the point singularity's must make a reflex save or start gravitating around it helplessly and be unable to act normally and start burning as the telekinetic waves are tearing it apart. A creature that succeed it reflex save or instead eject violently, falling prone at the nearest square outside the point singularity's emanation. Unlike a normal emanation cover is utterly useless against it, unattended objects are also granted and if their hardness is lower than your manifester's level it is destroyed within 1 round.

Creatures caught in the psychic point singularity are allowed another saving throw as a standard action, if successful the creature pull itself free and may move outside the point singularity's emanation range, if unable to do so it will be affected by the power normally next round.

When this power end, all creatures who were caught in the point singularity fall prone. If the spell was dismissed however the point singularity also violently explode, dealing 11d8 force damage to all creatures within the emanation range.

Augment: You can augment this power in one or more of the following ways.

1. For every additional power point you spend, this power’s damage when dismissed increases by 1d8 points. For each extra 2d10 points of damage, the emanation's radius increase by 5 feet.

2. For 2 additional power points you spend, you change this power's duration to 'concentration'.

3. For 4 additional power points you spend, you change this power's duration to '1 round/level'.

4. For 8 additional power points you spend, you cause the singularity to violently fold into itself as it dismissed, forcing all creatures caught in it to make a reflex save or be utterly obliterated by being collapsed into nothing.

For every two additional power points you spend on any augmentation, the DC rises by +1.
