Quicken Maneuver [Metamaneuver] Prerequisites: Ability to initiate any maneuver with an initiation time of a full round or less.Benefit: You can use one maneuver, whose initiation time is a full-round action or less, but no less than a Mover action, as a swift action. This can only be done with maneuver four or more levels lower than the highest-level maneuvers you are capable of using; Thus if you could use 9th-level maneuvers, you could Quicken any maneuver of 5th level or lower. This is affected by initiator level decreases.

You can only initiate one Quickened maneuver each round, just like with Quickened spells; In fact, Quickened maneuvers count as quickened spells for the purposes of interacting with Quickened spells.

Once you initiate a Quickened maneuver, you suffer a penalty to your initiator level equal to the maneuver's level for 4 rounds. While this penalty is in effect, your higher-level maneuvers will become unavailable, but aren't expended or lost and will be available once the penalty ends.
