You touch your ally, feeling your vitality dim as a violet glow seeps from your hand into their flesh, revitalizing them.
When you cast this spell, you sacrifice your own life force to restore that of your target. In doing so, you take up to 1d10 points of Essence damage per caster level (Max 10d10), losing 10 XP per point of damage taken.
The target is healed for an amount equal to the amount of damage you just took. Additionally, they benefit from the Essence damage's effects as if they dealt it to you themselves (Possibly gaining additional XP from it at the end of the fight), and they heal 1 point of ability damage fr every 10 HP they were healed.
When you cast this spell, you choose how many dice of damage you take. If you have resistance to Essence damage, the healing is mitigated by an equal amount.
XP component: 10 XP per point of damage taken, as per normal for Essence damage.
