Rod of Wonder Training [General]
After some rather dangerous training, you've learned to partly control the quirks and nuances of a rod of wonder.Prerequisites: Charisma 13Benefit: A number of times per day equal to your HD total, when activating a rod of wonder, you may roll twice on the table of wondrous effects, taking the result of your choice from those two options or choosing "nothing happens" instead. The rod's DCs, in your hands, are set to 10 + 1/2 HD + Charisma modifier if higher than the rod's base DCs.
