Level: | 1 |
---|---|
Initiation Action: | Swift; see text |
Range: | Touch |
Target: | One piercing or flexible weapon, or up to 50 piercing ammunition. |
Duration: | 1 round |
The wounds you open immediately begin to rot and fester as if in the throes of gangrene.
A weapon you touch is coated in a sinister disease which inhibits healing. Attacks made with the weapon within the duration are difficult to heal, requiring a Heal check (a standard action) or if healing with magic a caster level check, both DC 11 + initiator level. The wounds made continue to not heal even after the maneuver's duration has expired, and last a heal check or caster level check is successful.
There is no save, but creatures immune to disease are immune to this maneuver's effects.
