Range: 100 ft
Area: All creatures in a 100 ft radius spread
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No

The devils were rushing into attack before anyone could react! Fortunately you know the secrets of pulling off an Inaction Sequence!

You can only cast this spell just after initiative has been rolled. It re-rolls initiative for all creatures involved. They must accept the results of the new roll, even if it was lower than previous.
