Sea Elf NPCs have the following traits:
- Proficiency in Perception
- Darkvision 60 ft.
- Fey Ancestry: [3] The elf has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep.
- Trance: [3] Elves don’t need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. After resting in this way, the bard gains the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
- Languages (minimum): Common, Elven
- Speed: 30 ft., swimming 30 ft.
- Weapon Substitution: spear, trident, light crossbow, and/or net.
- Amphibious: The elf can breathe air and water.
- Friend of the Sea: The elf can communicate with beasts that have a swimming speed.
- Language: Add Aquan
