Shokushu Witch

It is well known that obsession can start with very small things. It is especially true for witches who are often infatuated with power, making pacts with creatures or things beyond their ken. Shokushu witches are often obsessive individuals, seeking powers from entities beyond this world. They become obsessed with the basic manifestation of such powers, tentacles, and seek to emulate their power and properties.

Class: WitchPathfinder

Level: 1st, 6th, 12th, 20th

Replaces: Patron, 1st level Hex, 6th level Hex, 12th level Hex, 20th level Hex

Benefit: A Shokushu Witch gain the following class features:

Tentacle Monster Patron: A 1st level shokushu witch gain the tentacle monster special patron which grants the following spells: 1st—entangle; 2nd—unadulterated loathing; 3rd—grasping tentacles; 4th—black tentacles; 5th—blood tentacles; 6th—passage of the warp; 7th—break morale; 8th—hyperbite; 9th—time stop

As a special patron a shokushu witch gains the Cackle hex as a bonus hex. However the shokushu witch is harassed by tentacles from another dimension, which behaves as the Haunted oracle curse except the witch gains no benefits.

Prehensile Tentacles (Su): A tentacle monster witch gain a modified prehensile hair hex at 1st level except it can be used in 1 hour increments instead of 1 minute increments. Additionally the granted natural attack is always a primary natural attack. At 6th level her primary natural attack gains the grab special ability, for the purpose of determining her grapple bonus the shokushu witch uses her class level instead of her BAB. At 12th level her primary natural attack gain the constrict special ability.

Day of the Tentacles (Su): As a standard action, a shokushu witch of 6th level can open a one-way portal to another dimension, allowing fiendish appendages through. The shokushu witch designated a grid intersection within close range to be the location of the portal, any square within 5 feet of this intersection are under the effect of black tentacles. The shokushu witch must concentrate each round as a standard action to maintain the effect.

All-Grasping Tentacles (Ex): A shokushu witch of 12th level is able to enhance her 'tentacles' spells, prehensile tentacles and day of the tentacles hex in a way which allows them to ignore the effect of freedom of movement.

Shokushu Ascension (Ex): At 20th level, the shokushu witch has ascended beyond her mortality becoming much like her patron. Her prehensile tentacles hex is now constant and she gain two additional secondary natural attacks as per the prehensile hair hex. She ceases to age and no longer needs to breathe or eat. At-will she can collapses in a pile of tentacles, repositioning as the teleport spell.
