Your body fumes with thick yellow smoke, no doubt a side effect of your toxic blood, which pours out of every part of your body. It smells bitter and vile.
You can make a move action (or more than one move action if performing a double move or running), leaving clouds of smoke in your path which hang around for 1 round. This smoke provides total concealment, and creatures passing through it must make a Fort save vs nausea for 1d4 rounds. The smoke gives you partial concealment while moving, giving you 20% miss chance from attacks of opportunity.
