Okay, could somebody please explain why the evil cult leader is in a drugged-out stupor instead of dead?!?!?
This spell functions like misspell, except that the base Intelligence DC for the target to cast spells properly is 30, and the spell can be cast as either an immediate action, a standard action, or a full-round action. This alters the duration. If cast as an immediate action, the duration is 1 round per 3 caster levels. If cast as a standard action, the duration is 1 round per caster level. If cast as a full-round action, the duration is permanent.
Material Component: A book whose author had absolutely no grasp of fundamental spelling and grammar.
