Spellsword
You have learned how to channel your sorcerous abilities through a sword you have bound to your will. You can wield your blade at a distance and channel your spells through it. However such martial study comes at the cost of your bloodline, gaining less knowledge from it as normal and losing some of its inherent abilities.
This archetype is recommended to be mixed with the Battle Sorcerer if allowed.
Class: Sorcerer
Level: 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 19th
Replaces: bloodline powers (1st), bloodline spells
Benefit: A spellsword gain the following class features:
Limited Bloodline Learning: A spellsword does not automatically know the spell granted by her bloodline. She may still select her bloodline spells as spells known once she reaches the listed level.
Sword Bond: A spellsword gain the arcane bond class feature as a sorcerer of the arcane bloodline. She must select a light or one-handed martial weapon from the light blade or heavy blade weapon group. She gain proficiency with the chosen weapon, if she was already proficient with it she gain Weapon Focus with it instead.
This ability replaces the bloodline power gained at 1st level.
Sword of the Sorcerer (Su): A spellsword gains the ability to control her sword telekinetically. As a standard action, she can make a single attack using her bonded object out of close range. This attack is treated as a ranged attack with a thrown weapon, except that you add your Charisma modifier on the attack roll instead of your Dexterity modifier and Strength for the damage roll. This ability cannot be used to perform a combat maneuver. After the attack, your bonded sword returns unerringly to your hand. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + half her sorcerer level + her Charisma modifier.
Spellstrike (Su): A 3rd level spellsword can channel her spells through her sword, this ability functions as the spellstrike magus ability except that it affects the sorcerer's spellcasting and may only be used with her bonded sword.
At 9th level she may use this ability alongside her sword of the sorcerer feature, allowing her to deliver her touch attack at range.
