Stilled Charge [Fighter]
Prerequisites: BAB +3, AthleticBenefit: You may effectively charge without being required to move. This follows all the rules normally defining a charge, requiring a full-round action and only allowing a single attack.
Normal: You must move at least 10' in a straight line before charging
