She felt her legs weaken suddenly and her core slowly shifted, for a moment she felt all of her strength sapped from her. It was only with luck she remained on her bike.

You use necromantic energy to sap the target's muscle, inflicting a -10 penalty to the subject Strength for the duration of the spell. If the target was executing a strenuous activity as this spell is cast, it also must make a DC 15 Balance check or fall prone.
