Familiar

It speaks of familiar use, but has no familiar category or info on the means to gain one. 1st level? Improved Familiar? I ask because actually I was out to make a 1st lvl Eyeball familiar and realized someone made an eyeball. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 22:44, 20 September 2012 (UTC)

Four score and seven years ago, a template thou requested. And now a template thou hast!!!

I honestly I had no idea what to put there so I just threw in that it required CL 3 (because CL -2 seemed fair, I guess) and gave +2 Initiative so that it wouldn't be something kinda useless like skill checks. CL 3... is this an Improved Familiar? They don't usually have skill/extra buffs but that's a guideline, not a rule. That's fine, just not sure if it was intended as a base or improved familiar.

I wasn't sure if giving a CR 1 creature at level 1 would be too good, so I guess I would say it is an Improved Familiar...? Just seems like the way in which it best fits into the game. - TG Cid (talk) 18:05, 10 March 2018 (MST)
