Thunderbolt and Lightning, Very, Very Frightening [Metamagic]
The lightning storm scared away the pack of wolves.Prerequisites: spell with electric descriptor, able to cast spellsBenefit: When a spell is given the Thunderbolt and Lightning, Very, Very Frightening ability, targets struck by the electric attack must make a will save or be frightened for 1d4 rounds. This metamagic only applies to spells with the electric descriptor. A spell with this metamagic takes up a spell slot one level higher then the spell's usual level.
