You gain a +2 bonus to natural armor, increasing your own (0, if you have none).
Essentia: For every point of essentia invested in this soulmeld you increase the natural armor bonus by one.

You have a deep connection to trees and plants.
You are constantly under the effect of the spell speak with plants and plant creatures are friendly with you.
You may replicate the spell liveoak once every hour. It lasts one hour and may be used anywhere.
Chakra Bind (Arms)
Your arms' muscles become fibrous as large branches.
You gain a constrict attack. You deal 2d6 + your Strength modifier + 1 per every point of essentia invested in this soulmeld.
Chakra Bind (Hands)
Your hands hardens similar to a tree's trunk.
You gain a slam attack that deals 1d8 + Strength modifier of bludgeoning damage. You deal double damage to objects with this attack.
You gain a bonus on attack rolls equal to the points of essentia you invested in this soulmeld.
Chakra Bind (Waist)
Your hips become larger and sturdier, your upper legs similar to roots.
You count as a size larger for the purpose of resisting any effect that tries to move you.
The DC of the Reflex save is 10 + number of points of essentia invested in the soulmeld + your Constitution modifier.
Chakra Bind (Totem)
Your skin becomes partially bark and partially similar to a green plant. Your hair grows leaves and flowers.
You gain a bonus on saves against paralysis, metamorphosis and stunning equal to 1 + 1 per every point of essentia you invested.
In addition you gain fortification 20% + 15% per every two points of essentia invested.
