Unfettered Talent [Psionic]
Prerequisites: Hidden talent or Wild TalentBenefit: You gain one power point per character level. You immediately gain one 1st level power, at 5th level you gain one 2nd level power, at 9th you gain a 3rd level power and at 12th you gain a 4th level power each with with same limits and condition as hidden talent feats. When manifesting powers your manifester level is equal to your character level (unless it would normally be higher).
