Weight Training [General]
All those days hauling wood up the monastery's steps was tough on your back and feet, but you got good at it... eventually.Benefit: You may calculate your carrying capacity as an average of either your Strength and your Dexterity or your Strength and your Constitution (rounding down).
Example: A character with a Strength of 9, a Dexterity of 13 and a Constitution of 14 would average their 9 and 14 (rounding down) to have an effective Strength for carrying capacity equal to 11.
