As you manifest this power, you create a pair of large flaming wings. These wings can be dismissed or called as a free action for the duration of the power. While the wings are manifested, you gain a flight speed of 60 feet (good) or twice your land speed (good), whichever is better. Once per round as a swift action, you can use the flaming wings to propel yourself at high speed, doubling your flight speed but dropping your maneuverability to (poor).
As a standard action when the wings are manifested, you can project a heat ray, replicating the effect of energy ray (fire only) as a psi-like ability. Using this ability requires you to expend your psionic focus.
If you manifest the manifest blade (or manifested it earlier) while under the effect of Wings of the Phoenix, the blade is wreathed in flames and gains the burning roar enhancement for free.
