Manifest Blade

She huffed in annoyance and with a twist of her wrist, a blade of light manifested into being "You see esteemed count, unlike what you and your assassin thinks. I am never unarmed."

You create a blade of pure psionic energy in your hand, it has the same statistic as a longsword (or short sword at the manifester's discretion). You can summon or dismiss the blade with the same kind of actions required to draw a weapon. If you release your hold on the manifested blade it immediately dissipate and you need to draw it again (this does not end the power) unless you have thrown the weapon, in which case the weapon dissipate after the attack is resolved.

You are always proficient with your manifested blade. If you have the two-weapon fighting feat you may manifest two blades instead of one.

Augment: You can augment this power in one or more of the following ways

1. For 2 additional power points you spend, you can turn your manifested blade into a manifested lash. Fashioning a 15-foot-long whip out of psionic energy. The lash deals 1d8 points of slashing damage to a target within 15 feet on a successful ranged touch attack.

2. For 2 additional power points you spend, you gain the ability to throw the blade as if it was a one-handed thrown weapon with a range of 30 feet.

2. For every 3 additional power points spent, you may increase the manifested's blade enhancement bonus by one, up to a maximum of +5. Alternatively, you may instead choose to enchant the manifested blade with one of the following enhancements, with an enhancement cost equal to their normal enhancement cost: Ability Blow, Ability Striking, Brilliant EnergyV, Burst Weapon, CorrosiveDMG2, Darkblessed, Disruption, Flaming, Flaming Burst, Frost, Hyperdimensional, Icy Burst, Instant Recall, Keen, Ki Focus, Killing Intent, Knockback, Merciful, Omnisharp, ScreamingMIC, Shock, Shocking Burst, Speed, Thundering, Vicious and/or Wounding.

3. For 4 additional power points you spend, your manifested blade deal force damage instead of physical damage, this ability may be toggle on and off as a swift action.
