This menacing silver crown bears motif of snowflakes, it is surprisingly light and cold to the touch. It grants a specific maneuver from the Dire Winter discipline, similar to the Crown of White RavensToB. Novice belts grant up to a 3rd level maneuver known. Scholar belts grant up to a 6th level maneuver known. Master belts grant up to a 9th level maneuver known. You must meet the prerequisites of the maneuver to use it. If you do not have levels in a maneuver granting class, you may only use the maneuvers 1/encounter. Otherwise, it uses your normal means of readying and refreshing maneuvers.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, must know maneuvers from the Dire Winter discipline.
