Witching Bard
A Bard ACF which trade bardic knowledge as well as most of the base's bard song to be able to hex and curse targets. The Witching Bard gain a new spell list and access to wicked new bardic musics, however it completely lose the ability to 'buff' her allies with her performance.

Replaces: Spellcasting List, Bardic Knowledge, Inspire Courage, Inspire Competence, Suggestion, Inspire Greatness, Inspire Heroics, Mass Suggestion
Benefit: A Witching Bard has access to the following class features
Spellcasting: A Witching Bard has access to the Patron Witch list rather than the bard's spell list.
Bewitching Song (Su): A Witching Bard with 3 or more ranks in a Perform skill can use her performance to enchant and curse her opponents within 60 feet. To be affected, an enemy must be able to hear the bard sing. The effect lasts for as long as the target hears the bard sing and for 1 round thereafter. All enemies within the area take a -2 penalty on Attack Rolls and DC against the Witching Bard and a -2 penalty on Will save against her abilities.
Hex: At second level and each three levels thereafter, a Witching Bard gain an Hex as a Patron Witch. She gain access to Major Hexes at 11th level and Grand Hexes at 20th.
Inspire Dread (Su): A witching bard of 3rd level or higher with 6 or more ranks Perform skill may inspire fear into her opponents hearts. All creature able to hear the bard perform must make a Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 Class Level + Charisma modifier) or be At Bay from the Witching Bard.
Witching Curse (Su): A witching bard of 6th level or higher with 9 or more ranks in a Perform skill can make curse a creature (as the bestow curse spell) to a creature that she has already fascinated with her bardic music within close range. Using this ability does not break the bard’s concentration on the fascinate effect, nor does it allow a second saving throw against the fascinate effect, but grant a saving throw as normal (DC 10 + 1/2 Bard Level + Charisma modifier). If a creature succeed on her save, it is immune for 24 hours.
Mass Witching Curse (Su): This ability functions like witching curse, above, except that a bard of 18th level or higher with 21 or more ranks in a Perform skill can curse any number of creatures simultaneously that she has already fascinated.
