Having casted Restful on the barbarian, you watch his slumber. He seems more serene and is not tossing and turning as much in the night.
The next time the target of this spell sleeps or meditates naturally, the amount of time needed for the effects of sleep or meditation halves. Furthermore, the target is immune to any spell which affects sleeping or meditating targets. Furthermore, any DC for waking up is increased by 5.
Special: The Mass version of Restful is two spell slots higher. The range changes to close (25ft + 5ft/lvl), and the spell affects all living creatures within 30ft of the target of the spell, which must still be a living creature, with the affects of the Restful spell.
