Suppress Chi [Fighter, Monk]
Prerequisites: BAB +4, Improved Unarmed Strike, Weapon Focus (Unarmed Strike), 4 ranks in HealBenefit: When you would normally make an unarmed strike (such as when full attacking), you may instead make a touch attack with your unarmed strike that deals no damage; against each strike, an opponent may make a Reflex save to dodge out of the way. For every attack that is not dodged, the opponent takes -1 cumulative penalty to attacks, skill checks, ability checks, any level-dependent abilities such as caster level or manifester level (this may stop a character from casting spells if their caster level is not high enough to normally cast the spell, for example), and a 5' reduction to their speed. If the penalty from this feat equals the enemy's hit dice, they become paralyzed. Every round at the end of the foe's turn, they may make a Fortitude save to remove half the negative effects caused by this feat, rounded up. The DC for this is equal to 10 + 1/2 your HD + Wisdom modifier.
Special: This feat has no effect on creatures immune to critical hits.
