Frozen Rain [General]
You know how to manipulate time and space with your spells, but you actually employ smaller versions of it within your attacks.Prerequisites: Ability to cast either haste or slow, Weapon Focus (any ranged weapon)Benefit: As a free action you are able to stop one or more of your projectiles (thrown or ammunition) in mid air moments after you fire them, delaying them for up to 5 rounds. They hang in mid air, and may be released either at the end of 5 rounds or as a move action. You make your attack rolls in the square you aimed for at the time you fired, so the enemy may have moved out of their square. All the attacks count as one attack for the purposes of damage reduction.
Alternatively you may have up to one contingent attack floating in mid air (a second at BAB +6, a third at BAB +11, and a forth at BAB +16) with unlimited duration it may remain frozen. It may be activated as a move action, or on a contingent effect such as "when an enemy moves into the square it is aiming for". You may only have up to your normal contingent attacks at one time, setting more up discharges previous contingent attacks.
Special: If you have the Deflect Arrows feat you can stop arrows without having a hand free, as you stop the attack in mid air instead and have it fall harmlessly to the ground next round.
