You can't stop twitching your head unnaturally.Prerequisites: Willing DeformityBoVDBenefit: Your random muscle spasms give you a +2 profane bonus against any pain effects and saves against paralysis or stunning. However, it effectively gives you a -2 armor check penalty which stacks with other armor check penalties.
