You can concentrate on it to keep the stream flowing, and if you damage the same target for 3 rounds in a row or longer they must make a Fortitude save or become immobilized. Their movement speeds become 0 ft for 1d4 rounds. For every 20 points of fire damage they take when immobilized, the duration decreases by 1.
