This looks like a fishbowl, it's absolutely absurd. How is this supposed to protect your naked body from the dangers of the void?
It looks silly, the this fishbowl helmet (which really does seem to be an emptied out fishbowl) provides great protection against outer space, or deep underwater. When wearing the helmet you can breathe normally, with air constantly being recycled within, and you are immune to both high and low pressures. You are also resistant to radiation, enough to be unconcerned about ambient radiation in space. Large and damaging sources of radiation, including [Light] spells, still get through normally.
If in space, sound does not transfer over the void but touching a creature allows the thin layer of air that runs over your bodies to transmit sound normally.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, wind wall or be Batman (who can breathe in space!).
Cost to Create: 4500 gp, 360 EXP, 9000 days.
