Bag of Magic Spikes[edit]
This leather sack has a pyramid on the side with the inscription "d4" upon it and resting on a bed of small bricks covered in spiky nubs, clearly some sort of arcane symbology. It can produce caltrops as a free action, though no more than 20 caltrops can exist at any one time (previous instances vanish).
The bag itself may be enhanced as if it were a masterwork magic weapon. If normal caltrops are placed in the bag, they gain the enhancement associated with the bag (such as a +1 flaming keen caltrop). This enhancement only applies to caltrops placed in the bag, not the caltrops produced by the bag normally.
The bag costs 600 gp, plus the cost of any enhancements placed on the bag.
