These gloves are crudely made and fuse with your flesh when worn.
The gloves grant claws to the wearer.
They deal the same damage as a shortsword of the wearer's size (1d6 for Medium creatures). The wearer may attack with both of them with a -2 to attack rolls.
If the user already has a claw attack its damage die increases by one step.
- 2 pieces: the penalty to attacks made with the claws is reduced by 2.
- 3 pieces: the wearer may cast, as a swift action, magic fang as a spell like ability on its claws. It lasts three minutes per day and it may be used in smaller increments.
- 4 pieces: the wearer may cast, as a swift action, greater magic fang, instead of magic fang, as a spell like ability on its claws. It lasts three minutes per day and it may be used in smaller increments. Use the character level as caster level to determine the maximum bonus it can give.
Special: A character with all the set's pieces may transform in a land, predatory mammal of its choosing, with its same size, and gains a bite attack that deals damage as a longsword of its size. It gains also an enhancement bonus to Strength, Dexterity and Constitution equal to +2. The transformation lasts one hour per day, but may be divided in smaller increments. Transforming into the animal form and back is a move action. All the benefits from this set are active in animal form.
