Natural 1. Well, if you have to suffer so do they.
You fire a thin pale silver beam at the target as a ranged touch attack. The creature is forced to adopt one of your previous rolls made in the last round on the same type of check. For example if you had rolled a natural 3 on a Fortitude save the target gets a natural 3 on their next Fortitude save made within the next round. It must be the same type of roll as your roll, such as to a Climb check or an attack roll or a Reflex save. This can be used beneficially by sharing high rolls with allies.
A shared natural 1 is not an automatic failure, though it may still be a failure if the result is low enough. Natural 20s on attack rolls must still be confirmed.
