You summon creatures to bind to your will as per summon monster spells. At its unaugmented state it can summon up to 1 CR of elementals, extraplanar creatures, or outsiders. You cannot summon unique creatures, and they last for a duration of Concentration + 1 round. Concentrating on this utterance is a move action.

While djinn can be summoned (once augmented), they do not have the ability to use their wishes.

If you possess a creature's personal true name, you can summon a unique creature. They get a Will save to resist being summoned. A creature which saves is immune for 24 hours.

When you use a summoning utterance to summon an air, chaotic, earth, evil, fire, good, lawful, or water creature, it is an utterance of that type.

This counts as an utterance of a level equal to 1/2 the summoned creature's CR (maximum 9th).

Reverse: You can banish any summoned (but not called) creature if they fail a Will save. A creature which saves is immune for 24 hours.

Augmentation: For every +2 you increase the base DC by, you can summon a total of creatures +1 CR stronger (to a maximum up 1/2 your truenamer level). For example a 11th level truenamer could summon up to CR 5, at a DC of 20.

You can increase the utterance base DC by +10 to cast as a standard action.

You can increase the reversed utterance base DC by +10 to re-attempt the utterance on a creature which made its saving throw successfully. The increase is cumulative.

Primal Utterance[edit]

Normal: You can duplicate the summoning function of gate. This does not cost XP, and is a Calling effect.

Reversed: You can duplicate the spell banishment. In addition if they fail the save they must make a second save at -4 penalty. If they fail, they are locked into the plane they were ejected to for a year and a day. It can only be reversed with miracle or wish, which allows them passage to other planes again.
