Normal Casting
You destabilize dying creatures by preventing their blood from clotting. The target takes 1 point of damage and continues dying (unless otherwise immune to the dying condition, such as automatically stabilizing due to a feat or class feature). This spell only works on blood-bearing dying creatures.
