Here lies Yorick, ye hardly knew ye.
Those under the effect of this spell are given a proper burial upon death, no matter the location. Their body (including their gear) is placed 6 feet underground in any surface which can be burrowed through (such as sand, dirt, and gravel), and it is marked with a carved stone in any particular shape, typically in the form of a holy symbol to their god. The 5 ft square of the grave is placed under a permanent consecrate effect (or desecrate if evil), and the body cannot be raised as an undead even if removed from the grave.
The body can be buried deeper if no valid surface is found. It can be anywhere within 30 ft radius and 60 ft down to bury the body. If no valid space is found, the spell does not discharge. The target may dismiss the effects of this spell as a standard action.
When you cast this spell, it is a spell of the chosen alignments.
Material Component: Optional. If you consume a headstone and/or a coffin in the process of casting, they will appear on death as part of your grave. If you have a headstone you can also determine a message that is either pre-written or one which merely describes the circumstances of their death.
