Chakra Disabler [Fighter, Monk]
Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike, Weapon Focus: Unarmed Strike, Heal 8 ranks, Autohypnosis 8 ranksBenefit: You can elect to do no damage with one of your unarmed strikes. If you do and it hits, the target must make a Will save (DC 15 + half your Hit Dice + your Dexterity modifier). If the target fails, choose a limb: That limb goes completely limp, and any magic items on it lose all effect. In addition, the target loses the ability to use Bending or Psionics. All of these effects last for 1d4+1 rounds. You can only use this ability once per round.
Normal: It's only possible to disable people's body parts with Sunder-inspired house rules.Special: This may be taken as one of the Fighter's bonus feats, or as the Monk's bonus feat at 6th level.
