You quickly encase yourself in ice, buying yourself precious time.

You encase yourself in a sheathe of ice, rendering you helpless but with total cover. You recover 50 hp a round and purge yourself of ability damage, blinded, confused, dazed, dazzled, deafened, diseased, exhausted, fatigued, feebleminded, insanity, nauseated, sickened, stunned, and poisoned, for a total of 150 hp healed after 3 rounds.

The ice has 15 hp/level and hardness 0, is healed by cold damage, and takes +50% more damage from fire. If the ice is broken prematurely the healing stops prematurely, and you are staggered for 1 round.
