A blinding flash is rapidly followed by a ground shattering BOOM!
A massive thunderbolt streams down from the sky, striking with unnatural force. The lightning bolt effects a 5 ft radius cylinder up to 1 mile high, dealing 1d10 points of electricity damage/level and stunning for 1 round with a Reflex save for partial. A successful save negates the stunning and halves the damage. If a creature is killed by this damage, they are reduced to ash.
All those outside of the thunderbolt but within a 30 ft radius are subject to 1d4 sonic damage/level and are knocked prone. A successful Fortitude save negates the prone effect and halves the damage.
If cast into a body of water, the lightning discharges an additional 20 ft radius hemisphere of lightning damage under the surface. All those in the area are treated as if struck by the bolt itself.
