This appears to be a crown of the battle queen, and it works well enough. Until you use it in combat, that is. Comes in black or white colors.
A cursed crown of the battle queen, it functions identically until the first time it is used in combat. Its cursed effect then kicks in, reducing all movement speeds to 5 ft (even if under the effect of a speed boosting spell). On the other hand, the user gains a +4 dodge bonus to AC as long as they are not flanked. This AC bonus is lost if they are flanked.
The crown cannot be removed until remove curse or greater effects are cast on the crown.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, bestow curse, haste.
Cost to Create: 4000 gp, 320 EXP, 8 days.
