The bloodied cleric was cornered. Crying out in defiance, his skin hardened, body fortified against the strikes and spells of his enemies, and his wounds slowly began to close.
This spell can be cast in two forms - In the form of a Defensive buff, or an Offensive buff. X is equal to the number of designated foes present in this encounter, minus the number of allies. Foes are those who have attempted to harm you in the past 24 hours; Anything that would break an Invisibility spell causes them to count as an enemy. Allies are those who have harmed designated foes, or helped to defend you against attacks from foes. Y is equal to half of X, rounded up. Z is equal to one-quarter of X, rounded up.
Last To Fall: This form of Defiance grants you DR X/-, Spell Dampening Y and Fast Healing Y for the duration.
Fear Makes Me Stronger: This form of Defiance grants you a +X bonus on weapon damage rolls, a +Y bonus on attack rolls, a +Y bonus on spell damage rolls and a +Z bonus on rolls made to overcome spell resistance.
Furthermore, both versions of Defiance can be active at the same time. when they are, the target of both spells gains Y as a Deflection bonus to AC and ignores Z number of Spell Dampening.
