The ogre absorbed the helpless cleric into itself, its muffled screams haunting the battlefield.Prerequisites: Deformity (Wicked Guts)Benefit: If you are grappling an opponent with your guts, you may try to bring it into your belly hole and constrict it with your intestines. You must be adjacent to the enemy and it must have a smaller size than you. If you successfully pin it, you inflict 2d6 + your Strength modifier of bludgeoning damage, in addition to the intestine's damage. You must make a successful grapple check to inflict this damage.
Special: If you have Digesting Saliva, inflict 2d4 acid damage, instead of 1d4, to opponents you are grappling with your intestines.
