You can travel to a known location or a location marked by a psychic beacon, though not instantaneously. This acts like teleport (including the chance of failure), except any results which are not accurate simply fail instead. When teleporting you briefly hop out of time and reappear at your location, and the travel time is equal to the time it would have taken traveling there at your normal overland speed. While it doesn't save time, the travelers feel as if no time has passed at all. Creatures are aware of the travel time before the fast travel activates and can resist at any time.
You can fast travel inside a vehicle with its passengers, provided all passengers are willing and you have a high enough manifester level to teleport all creatures. In this case you only need to touch the driver of the vehicle, or be the driver.
Augment: For every 2 additional power points you spend, you can halve the travel time it takes to get to your location.
