You trick the universe into suddenly condensing all the moisture in the air en masse, causing a bank of thick fog. This duplicates the effect of fog cloud, though you may only have one such cloud present at a time. If you speak this utterance again, the previous instance vanishes.

Reverse: You cause fog and cloud effects to rapidly dissipate and be absorbed harmlessly into the surroundings. You remove and prevent any gaseous effects (such as fog cloud and cloudkill) from the same area normally occupied by the fog cloud effect of this utterance for the duration.

Like the normal version, you may only have one such occurrence of this ability at a time.

Primal Utterance[edit]

Normal: The effect becomes that of solid fog, and the gases are hazardous dealing 2d6 points of magic damage each round a creature remains in it.

Reversed: The area is devoid not only of cloud effects, but gas itself. The affected area is a vacuum which sound cannot pass through, and creatures cannot breathe. They take 1d6 points of nonlethal damage a round from lack of pressure.
