Form fitting armor and shields have their armor check penalty lowered, flexing perfectly in time with your own body. The armor appears to flex and take the form of the body held underneath. The armor check penalty is lowered by 1 point for every 500 gp spent (minimum 0 armor check penalty).
For example, a suit of masterwork full plate (-5 ACP) can be reduced to 0 ACP for the cost of 2500 gp (5 x 500 gp).
