This ring was named after a famous warrior known as Havel the Rock. He was well known for his extremely heavy stone full plate. His followers wore the ring to express faith in their leader, and to carry a heavier load.
While wearing this ring, your carrying capacity is tripled, and your speed is not reduced by medium armor or a medium load.
Prerequisites: Forge Ring, bull's strength.
Cost to Create: 1500 gp, 120 EXP, 3 days.
