A type of dangerous incorporeal undead, created when a cursed young woman is decapitated in a occult ritual. The Headless Maiden is the ghost of a very pretty young woman who is envious and spiteful toward the living. Once they are done with a victim, they will usually seek leave them in a deadly situation if possible (such as leaping off a bridge or standing in front of an incoming carriage) or outright abandon them in the street before seeking another body.

A Headless Maiden is somewhat slow and use her aura to make her victims fall and trip, if attacked by a ghost-touched or holy weapon it will make a quick retreat. They are only invisible when possession or standing still and as a result attempt to catch their foes off-guard.

A DC 20 Will save negate the effect of Body Control and prevent the headless maiden's movement inside the character's square. While she is using this ability, the Headless Maiden has access to all the senses of the possessed target.
